Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, GeniusAI credit packages are purchased through a one-time payment and do not automatically renew.
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout.

Before requesting a monetary refund for a technical problem, please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.
A temporary delay, maintenance period or third-party service interruption does not automatically qualify for a monetary refund if the affected credits remain available for later use.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that a payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.
We may request transaction details, account information and other evidence needed to investigate the payment.
You should also notify your bank or payment provider if you believe your payment method has been used without authorization.
