As between you and GeniusAI, transferable rights in outputs generated through a fully paid package are assigned to you to the extent permitted by applicable law. Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies between countries and is not guaranteed.

No. AI-generated images can resemble existing works, people, brands or protected material. GeniusAI does not provide intellectual-property clearance, so you are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing, selling or using it in trademarks, branding or high-value advertising.

Private prompts and outputs are processed as necessary to provide and secure the service. GeniusAI’s Terms state that private inputs and outputs will not be used to train AI models without your express consent. Content deliberately published in a public gallery may be displayed and promoted as described in the Terms.

GeniusAI uses both prompt-level and output-level moderation. Prompts or generated content may be blocked when they violate the Terms of Service, the AI Content & Safety Policy, applicable law or the rights and safety of other people.

GeniusAI may block a prompt or output, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate access, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Credits used in connection with policy violations may not be refundable.

Credits are used when you generate or process content. The number of credits required can vary according to the AI model, resolution, generation mode and selected feature. Your available credit balance is shown in your account.

Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, GeniusAI credit packages are purchased through a one-time payment and do not automatically renew. Always review the package details, final price and applicable taxes before completing a purchase.

A technically failed or incomplete generation should not normally consume credits. If credits are deducted without receiving a usable result, contact support with the approximate time and details of the failed generation so the transaction can be reviewed.
